You handled the issue with the post office and the damage to the first package super fast. You sent out a replacement immediately. Thanks a ton for your speedy service! The kids are really pleased, especially my seven-year-old who has ASD and couldn’t figure out why the TV wasn’t working. But now, thanks to you and your quick response, everything’s all good!

I've had the bulb installed for five days now, and it’s fantastic. It’s like my TV got a fresh start. I’ll check back in on how long it lasts.
